Pinch and a punch
For the first of the month, and No return.
The answer is..hit and a kick for being so quick
but that’s let the cat out of the bag, hasn’t it, on account of you had to take the pinch and a punch on the chin, so to speak, suffer in silence, until the next first of the month rolls around,..and get in quick! I’m here to say that some of those pinches were a tad spiteful!
Another thursday in paradise.
Two galahs, and thats Lennie having a go at the two resident lorikeets (and they aren’t worried one little bit.)
Our two pink and grey noise bags have been moved on to greener pastures, place called Beachmere, where, I am told, the fishing is eXtra good. Their cage has been dismantled, on account of nooo more birds of any shape, kind or flavour, unless its the type you put in the fridge and goes easy on the palate. The older you get, the more attached one seems to get to ..little critters that hop, fly, walk or crawl, and they are the little blighters, soon as you get attached, are inclined to turn their toes up, and depart in a wooden box. Well, maybe not That far. But you get the idea. Their cage is too much of a reminder, so its much betterer if it distappeared al2gether. Its in the process of getting made into garden furniture, benches, that sort of thiang.
More about them next blog.
