A replacement bird feeder. The stand was purchased from that swedish put-together-lot. Wasn’t as sturdy as hoped, broke into pieces numerous times. steel pipe inserted in the downpipe and selftapper-ed up.The bottom finally seems to be fixed..it kept on twisting and breaking. Solution was to get another steel pipe inserted in the foot framework, more self tapper screws, and finally a steel bolt…which needs tightening here and there, to stop too much lateral sway, which its susceptible to with too much weight on top. For example, an inquisitive possum..two on occasion..they can climb up the metal pipe, and feast on the birdfeed, left in there for the Lorikeets and Pink and Grey Galahs.
The  birdfeeder bowl has been glued together a few times. The old one started to look daggy, due to all the glue and silicone on it. Whenever the feeder overbalanced and fell, the bowl inevitably broke into ..thankfully gluable together pieces. See our attempt at anchoring with rocks..
